This policy explains what information Zak Kennedy Real Estate ("I", "me") collects through zakkennedyrealestate.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. Zak Kennedy is a florida real estate sales associate with Beachy Beach Real Estate.
Information you give me
When you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you enter, such as:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your preferred way to be contacted and your message
- Details about your plans, such as areas of interest, timeline, price range, or a property address
- Whether you agreed to calls and texts, or to the monthly market update, along with the wording you agreed to
Information collected automatically
- Form details. The page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example, utm_source).
- Security. Your IP address and browser type, used to block spam and abuse.
- Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics records pages viewed and actions such as clicking to call. It uses cookies. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How I use it
- To respond to you and provide the real estate services you ask about
- To send you what you requested, such as a home valuation, a guide, or the market update
- To call or text you, only if you agreed to it
- To keep records of our communication and your consent
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site
- To meet legal, licensing, and brokerage record-keeping requirements
Who it is shared with
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only:
- With Beachy Beach Real Estate, as required for brokerage supervision and records
- With service providers that run this site and my business tools on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Google (Workspace, Sheets, and, if enabled, Analytics), Resend (email delivery), and my customer relationship management system
- With other professionals in your transaction (for example, a lender, title company, or inspector) when you ask me to or it is needed to complete it
- When required by law
Text messaging. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Embedded content
Some pages include YouTube videos and a Google Map. Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode only after you press play. Once loaded, YouTube and Google may collect information under their own privacy policies.
How long I keep it
I keep your information for as long as it is needed to work with you and to meet brokerage and legal record-keeping requirements, and then delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the market update using the link in any email
- Reply STOP to stop texts
- Ask me to update or delete your information, subject to record-keeping requirements
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent to tools that require secure sign-in. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send financial account numbers or Social Security numbers through the site.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
