Military & VA buyers
Moving on orders, with someone who has done it
I am active duty Navy and have used my own VA home loan benefit twice. I can help you plan a move around your report date, even from across the country.
Book a VA / military consultation
I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification from the National Association of REALTORS®. It is a real estate industry certification, not a government or military credential.

VA loan overview
How a VA-loan purchase typically unfolds
A high-level outline only. Your lender explains the details that apply to you.
- 01
Talk with a lender
Choose a lender experienced with VA loans. They review your situation and can help you request your Certificate of Eligibility.
- 02
Get pre-approved
Your lender reviews your finances and sets a pre-approval amount, so we search with a clear budget.
- 03
Search and make an offer
We find the right home and write an offer that reflects your financing and timeline.
- 04
Inspection and VA appraisal
You arrange your own inspection; the lender orders the VA appraisal, which has its own requirements.
- 05
Underwriting
The lender completes approval. I keep the other parties on schedule.
- 06
Closing
You sign, often remotely if needed, and receive the keys.
Eligibility, entitlement, fees, and loan terms are determined by VA and your lender. I do not provide lending advice. Learn more at va.gov.

FAQ
Common questions
Can I buy before I arrive?
Often, yes. Many buyers tour by video and close remotely. We will plan around your report date and what your lender and title company require.
Do I have to use a VA loan?
No. A VA loan is one option. Your lender can compare it with other loan types for your situation.
Do you only work with military clients?
No. I work with every buyer and seller. My military experience is simply part of how I serve people moving on a deadline.
